Pager Repair Procedures

Please follow these guidelines when you believe your pager is broken. If the troubleshooting tips (see link on right) do not help you fix your problem then we ask that you print the Repair Work Order and fill it out in detail. Return the form along with your pager to Contact Wireless by one of the following methods:

  1. Bring your pager and form to the Thunderbird café on Tuesdays between 9am to 12pm and our account representative will be happy to take it back to our repair facility.
  2. Bring your pager and the completed form to our repair facility (1600 Eubank Blvd. NE Albuquerque, NM 87112) Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm.
  3. Send your pager and form to the following address:

Once we receive your pager we will review your repair form and do a diagnostic on your pager. We will then determine what needs to be done. We will contact you within one (1) business day of receiving your pager to let you know if it can be fixed or if the pager needs to be replaced. If the pager can be fixed we will make every effort to complete the repair and get it back to you within three (3) business days.
